ASA 106

ASA 106 Advanced Coastal Cruising.................................$650
(Prerequisite: ASA
101,103, 104, 105 )

After completeing this course you will be able to safely act as a skipper and crew on a sailboat 30 to 50 feet long in coastal and inland waters in any condition. You learn to: describe and predict weather, anchor in different situations, act when the engine breaks down in cases of emergencies while under power, demonstrate appropriate corrective measures for common engine problems, anchor, pick up and cast off while acting as a helmsman and / or crew, state the factors in situations that would endanger the crew, demonstrate all of the skills learned in ASA 105.

General Description: Able to safely act as skipper and crew of a sailing vessel about 30 to 50 feet in length. This is a day and nighttime Standard in coastal and inland water, in any weather.

ASA 106 OPEN DATE GIFT CERTICATE


Reservation:

To reserve a class more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the tuition is required. 100% of the tuition is due 30 days prior to the first class.

Cancellation:

Should you cancel within 30 days of the first day of class, the total tuition will be forfeited.

Reschedule:

An administrative fee will apply accordingly to each rescheduled class.
